Snood is a fun puzzle game that tests your intellect rather than your reflexes. Your goal is to save all the trapped Snoods by launching other Snoods at them. If you connect three or more Snoods. Launch the jester-like Wildcard Snood to create a match with snoods of any and every color. Fire the Stone Snood to destroy any adjacent snood he sticks to. Shoot the diamond-shaped Rowbuilder Snood to create a whole new row of snoods that match whichever one it hits. A Matching Game Made in Heaven.

Even though Snood was basically a weird looking takeoff of the popular Puzzle Bobble or Bust-A-Move, it became extremely popular for a time. The object, like Puzzle Bobble, is to rotate your turret at the bottom of the screen and shoot colored 'Snoods' to try to connect three or more of the same color. The Snoods themselves are rather ugly face-blocks of different colors. Every time you shoot a Snood and don't make a three-or-more connection the Danger meter increases, and when it's full the screen drops by one. The graphics are detailed (high-res 640x480 mode) and certainly distinct, but strange, and the gameplay is classic but also a bit simple by today's standards.
